* Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 2:30 pm to 7 pm/8 pm; Saturday School sport pm ( flexible )

Our easy-going Pyrmont family is seeking an experienced housekeeping nanny who is bubbly, reliable, and passionate about providing high-quality care for their child. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of similar age and be enthusiastic about understanding the child's interests, engaging with, and nurturing those interests.

This role requires someone who appreciates the challenges busy parents face and is willing to provide practical support as needed. The nanny will be responsible for school pick-up, driving to extracurricular activities, preparing afternoon tea, and cooking meals for the children or the family.

Additionally, the nanny will assist with light household duties related to the child's care and maintaining shared family spaces. This position offers a friendly work environment, the opportunity to build a trusting relationship with the family, and the potential for long-term employment.

Housekeeping Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • School pick-up and safe transport to activities, lessons, or home
  • Providing attentive after-school care, including supervision and engagement
  • Assisting with homework
  • Cooking a nutritious dinner for the children/family
  • General tidying and upkeep of the home (especially shared family spaces)
  • Light housekeeping duties.

  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working full-time with children
  • A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
  • Current National Criminal Record Check
  • Excellent communication skills

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
