About Us:

BubbaDesk is a coworking space with onsite childcare, offering a calm, connected environment where parents and children thrive in separate but side-by-side spaces. We focus on building strong relationships and quality care for children aged 0–2 years—free from the traditional demands of programming and documentation.

The Role:

• Work together with a small team of educators and nannies.
• Build strong relationships with families and children.
• Ensure the daily running of the centre is smooth, safe, and nurturing.
• Create a warm, welcoming culture aligned with BubbaDesk values.

What We're Looking For:

Cert 3 or above

5yrs + experience with babies 0-2y

Valid WWCC & First Aid

Calm, approachable, and relationship-focused

Passionate about infant and toddler care

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm weekdays
