Are you an experienced Nanny or Educator ready to step into a new role—without the burden of endless paperwork? BubbaDesk Pyrmont is looking for dedicated and passionate carers to join our founding team Our Brand new location OPENING 8th September.
About Us:
BubbaDesk is a coworking space with onsite childcare, offering a calm, connected environment where parents and children thrive in separate but side-by-side spaces. We focus on building strong relationships and quality care for children aged 0–2 years—free from the traditional demands of programming and documentation.
The Role:
- Work together with a small team of educators and nannies.
- Build strong relationships with families and children.
- Ensure the daily running of the centre is smooth, safe, and nurturing.
- Create a warm, welcoming culture aligned with BubbaDesk values.
What We're Looking For:
Cert 3 or above
5yrs + experience with babies 0-2y
Valid WWCC & First Aid
Calm, approachable, and relationship-focused
Passionate about infant and toddler care

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (negotiable)
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm weekdays
