The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Process Automation Developer to join our Information Systems team at our Perth head office, conveniently located near the airport.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive digital transformation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and map out processes effectively.
  • Develop and maintain clear, detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Create user training materials and deliver formal training sessions to end users.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, test, and resolve reported system issues and errors.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and industry trends

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Dataverse, and Azure SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform development and SharePoint configuration
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Hyland OnBase is desirable
