Allocations Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a part time maximum term contract opportunity until June 2026.
As the Allocations Officer you will be responsible for assessing and allocating properties for our Supported Housing and Housing Independence Programs in line with Pathways Policy, Service Agreements and the Program Guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the Referral Register and allocating customers to suitable properties with close adherence to relevant legislation and requirements
- Supporting the administration of viewings and lease sign ups
- Making recommendations to the Manager regarding complex allocation matters
