Workfast are seeking an experienced Waste Truck Driver to join a leading waste management company based in Chipping Norton.

  • $40hr + penalties + super
  • 4/5am starts
  • Ongoing work with full time hours

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver seeking ongoing work with early starts and consistent hours.

What you will be doing

  • You'll ensure all waste is collected, transported, and disposed of in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and safety compliance.
  • Servicing multiple customer sites daily
  • Performing vehicle pre-start checks and completing documentation
  • Safely transporting and unloading waste materials
  • Communicating effectively with the operations team and customers
  • Adhering to all company safety and environmental procedures

What you will need

  • HR licence (essential)
  • Minimum 1–2 years' truck driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
  • Experience operating side arm, rear lift, RORO, hook lift, tanker or front lift vehicles preferred
  • Current driving record required
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
  • Full working rights in Australia
