Your Mission

As Digital Media Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' digital success. You'll wear multiple hats – strategist, consultant, analyst, and storyteller – to deliver results that exceed expectations. Here's what we're looking for:

What You'll Do


SEO Expertise
– Be the Search Engine Whisperer

  • Master the art of SEO audits to uncover opportunities and optimize website performance.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track rankings, analyze traffic, and identify trends.
  • Develop and execute keyword strategies that drive organic growth and dominate search engine results.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and ensure our clients are always one step ahead.
  • Craft technical SEO strategies to improve site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.

Paid Media
- Turn​ing Budgets into Results

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Business Suite,
    ​Google Ads,
    and
    ​LinkedIn
    .
  • Use data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in programmatic advertising and paid social to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Content & Creative Production
– Bring Ideas to Life

  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-impact content that resonates with audiences.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, blog posts, and social media content that aligns with brand voice and goals.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and designed to drive engagement and conversions.

Client Communication & Reporting
– Be the Trusted Advisor

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by being their go-to expert for all things digital.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports that tell a story and highlight the impact of your work.
  • Present strategies, insights, and results with confidence and clarity.

Digital Consulting
– Be the Strategic Visionary

  • Act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients with data-driven recommendations to achieve their business goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the digital space.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas to the table.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • ​5+ years of​
    Hands On
     experience in digital marketing and consulting, with a proven track record in SEO, paid media, and content production.
  • Expertise in SEO tools like GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console management and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – you're as comfortable presenting to clients as you are diving into analytics.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn, grow, and innovate.
