Position: Independent Preschool Director

  • Qualification: Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) + NESA Accreditation

The Role:

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced ECT Director to join the longstanding team at a lovely Independent school early learning service.

You will be drawing on your previous experience and passion for the early childhood sector to oversee staffing, daily routines, policy and regulation changes and develop excellent relationships with children, families and the local community while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest calibre of care.

Being part of the wider school, you will receive additional administration, enrolments and compliance support from the school's head office team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equiv.)
  • NESA Accreditation
  • Minimum 5 years Director experience
  • Genuine passion and commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs
  • Proven successful experience leading a service through A&R as a Director
  • Valid WWCC check
