Our beautiful outdoor area is a standout feature, thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of nature. Open Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 3:45pm, we provide a balanced and enriching early childhood program that encourages meaningful relationships, exploration, and growth.

The Role

We're on the lookout for an inspiring and experienced Service Director to lead our passionate team and guide our much-loved preschool into its next chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated early childhood professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Assessment and Rating to make a lasting impact.

If you're a director who thrives on reflection, innovation, and continuous improvement, this role offers the perfect platform to shape curriculum practices, strengthen documentation approaches, and foster a culture of excellence.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm for 41 weeks a year, ideal for someone who values both professional challenge and work-life balance.

Of course, you will need:

  • Relevant experience
  • An ACCEQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree,
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • Active NESA Teacher Accreditation,
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children,
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
