With 9 office locations in the St George, Shire and South West area, we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist / Property Management Assistant to join our team at Cronulla. The role:

As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play a vital role in both reception and administrative support:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Providing varied property management support including document preparations and reports
  • Distributing mail and managing office supplies
  • Handling general front-office and administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Exceptional personal presentation and phone manner
  • Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Experience in the Real Estate Industry is preferred but not essential - more important is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
