Our client is an established construction company specialising in the planning, design and delivery of commercial and education sector projects across New South Wales.
With an excellent reputation and proven track record, they are now a sector leading delivering projects across the region.
They now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis for an education project in Guneddah. This a renovation and COLA build on an existing school, with the contract expected to run through until January 2026.
The successful candidate will be working as the sole Site Manager on site, acting as the main point of contact to the school and reporting to the Project Manager who will be based in Sydney. Therefore this will require a strong character who has excellent stakeholder management and comfortable with detailed reporting and managing subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven track record working as sole Site Manager taking projects through to completion
- Previous education experience, working closely with schools advantageous
- Trade Qualification advantageous
- Previous experience working remotely
- Available for immediate start
- Excellent communication skills and subcontractor management
