About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Resort Manager
to oversee the daily operations of Riverview Holiday Apartments.

This hands-on management role includes front-office supervision, housekeeping coordination, facilities oversight, and ensuring the smooth operation of the resort. The successful candidate will work closely with our Facilities Management team, contractors, and the Strata Manager to ensure all aspects of the complex are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception, reservations, and guest services.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance schedules.
  • Supervise and roster reception and cleaning teams.
  • Liaise with strata management and external contractors.
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, emergency, and quality standards.
  • Resolve guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare weekly operational and financial reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in hotel, resort, or property management.
  • Strong leadership, staff supervision, and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of booking and property-management systems (Escapia or similar).
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to live and work full-time in a regional tourism location.
  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (or equivalent experience).
