Insight Early Learning Southlakes, located approximately 5 hours from Sydney is seeking an Early Learning Manager to guide our centre through two extended maternity leave periods—with the exciting possibility of a permanent leadership opportunity.

What You'll Do?

• Ensure the service consistently upholds the NSW Child Safe Standards and maintains a culture where children's safety and wellbeing are paramount
• Lead the daily operations of the service with confidence and care.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their best.
• Take the lead on engaging, onboarding, and inducting new educators.
• Manage rostering, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance and uphold excellence in line with NQS.
• Partner with families and the local community to build lasting relationships.
• Work alongside our Area Manager and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality educational programs and maintain our Quality Improvement Plan.
• As required, support our sister center which is located just around the corner

What We're Looking For?

• Outstanding ability to connect, inspire, and build lasting relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education (Director, AD, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
• A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for quality education.
• Familiarity with Qikkids, Xplor, or Humanforce (advantageous but not essential).

What You'll Bring?

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check, Food Safety, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Valid Child Protection Training.
• Experience as a Nominated Supervisor (preferred).
• A solid understanding of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
