About Us:

Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre is a privately and locally owned centre in North Dubbo dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre is inspired by Bush Kindy/Forest School principles.

We provide a nature-rich learning environment where children explore, discover, and grow through play-based experiences in the great outdoors. Our program is inspired by forest school principles, encouraging resilience, independence, and environmental stewardship from an early age.

We are currently seeking:

  • Certificate III Qualified Educators
  • Diploma Qualified Educators

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children

Passion for nature-based education and outdoor learning

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Commitment to supporting children's development through play and exploration

Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Full Australian working rights are essential

Qualified Roles: A relevant ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or Diploma) is required.
