Looking for a vibrant and rewarding role this summer? Elaia Café and Greek Restaurant is seeking experienced Front of House Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team for the Christmas/Summer season.

This is the perfect opportunity for students on holidays or hospitality professionals seeking casual work in a well established café and restaurant.

We currently operate Wednesday to Sunday, serving all day breakfast and lunch, and Greek inspired dinner from Wednesday to Saturday evenings.

Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts is essential.

Please note: We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.

Your Role Includes:

  • Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Operating and maintaining the coffee machine
  • Creating and serving cocktails and beverages
  • Handling cash and card transactions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Working collaboratively to deliver seamless service

You'll Bring:

  • At least two yearsexperience in hospitality
  • Proven barista skills
  • Cocktail making experience with sound product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A proactive attitude and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
