OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / Food & Beverage Supervisor and Senior Front of House team members who want to grow into future Restaurant Management roles.
This is a key position within our senior leadership team, perfect for someone who treats the business as if it were their own, leads with heart and brings energy and professionalism to every service.
What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who is ready for the next step. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of two years' leadership experience in an à la carte restaurant
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a FOH team with confidence and warmth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- A genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences, premium service, food and wine
- Pride in representing an award-winning brand and upholding high standards
- A solid understanding of service flow, reservations and daily operations
- Confidence with basic stock control, cost awareness and restaurant systems
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- A desire for long-term career growth within a respected and expanding group
