About the role
Join the Kinergy team within Origin Zero as our Client Delivery Lead, overseeing the delivery and operation of load flexibility programs for Kinergy's global client base.
In this role, you'll deploy energy flexibility solutions using the Kinergy platform. You will handle projects from contracting through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth post-implementation support. Working closely with internal teams, third party service providers and clients, you will deliver impactful projects that advance decarbonisation and grid stability in global energy markets. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead program delivery for new and existing clients, ensuring their objectives are met on time and within scope.
Manage program governance, scheduling, and project plans, coordinating between internal teams and third parties.
Facilitate seamless integration of technology solutions for clients.
Innovate and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Kinergy platform, driving efficiencies in both program delivery and operations.
Assist with business development, contributing to client proposals and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
About you
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven experience within the retail, wholesale or network sectors of the energy market. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess robust project and operational management abilities and have a history of successfully executing large-scale technology or operational change programs. You will also have:
Experience in managing senior internal and external stakeholders and influencing business outcomes.
Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments while managing multiple deliverables on tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to innovate and continuously improve.
A deep understanding of energy markets.
