What's the role?

This role leads complex change across portfolios, applying deep expertise in change management. You will shape vision and expectations with senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality outcomes, and act as a trusted adviser in both business and delivery spaces. 

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Fostering a strong community of practice and collaborating across divisions to ensure alignment with change management approaches, while leading the practice as a subject matter expert to embed sustainable change and build organisational readiness.
  • Inputting to the development in governance framework for CM practices
  • Uplifting broader understanding of Change Management and capability to lead Change effectively
  • Designing and facilitating bespoke workshops using a range of tools to deliver outcomes with diverse stakeholders
  • Connecting and anchoring change delivery to broader industry and subject contexts. 
  • Overseeing change across Portfolios/Businesses
     

What do I need?

To be successful in this role you should have strong experience in Change Management and be able to effectively demonstrate expert knowledge in leading change across portfolios. You will be able to work in an agile environment as a hands- on leader and have deep experience leading different types of change in a variety of environments. 

Other key skills and experience needed: 

  • Effective short- and long-term resource planning 
  • Change capability uplift 
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships 
  • Be able to support quality reviews and carry out change impact assessments
