What will you do?

With commitment to client delivery, we welcome applications to enable us to be future ready as we move through the current climate of change.  At Aurecon we are actively seeking talent to join us in working with key NSW clients including to build integrated in-house planning and concept design team and to support technical assurance of capital programs.  

You will be working with planning, design and construction teams to oversee quality outcomes are achieved on a range of Water projects including treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping stations. 

In this position you will join our Water team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'Bring Ideas to Life' for our clients.  With a focus on building our water and wastewater engineering team, we are actively recruiting for those with passionate about working collaboratively and building on technical knowledge.

Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.

  • Lead and manage challenging and complex water and wastewater projects across the entire lifecycle including detailed planning, options development and design.

  • Provide mentoring and support to grow the civil engineering team and foster ongoing capability building.

  • Your technical engineering and design management skills will ensure delivery of high-quality outputs and enable collaborative working with others to delivery excellent project outcomes.

  • Commitment to your own ongoing learning and professional development with excellent opportunities to build eminence and further develop technical skills in civil engineering and design management.

  • A passion for delivery of high-quality technical outputs and working collaboratively with other team members and the client to deliver excellent project outcomes.

  • Experience in design software packages including Civils 3D or other considered highly desirable.

  • Your strong written and verbal communication skills will support inter-disciplinary relationships and client relationships.
