Gym Receptionist – Synergy Performance Institute

Synergy Performance Institute is on the lookout for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team

We already have a high-performing group of passionate professionals, and we're looking for someone who will bring the same energy and commitment to help drive our Gym to its highest potential.

This is a casual position.

As our Gym Receptionist, your main focus will be connecting with members and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also assist with general facility upkeep and ensure every visitor's experience at Synergy is positive and memorable.

We're after someone who:

• Has a proven background in customer service and/or sales
• Brings genuine warmth, positivity, and great people skills
• Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in working to a high standard
• Loves helping others and is passionate about health and fitness

• Greet members and guests, making them feel welcome and valued
• Build strong relationships with members and the wider community
• Handle enquiries (in person, via phone, email, and social media)
• Manage and update client accounts and memberships
• Assist with sales and administrative duties
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional facility
• Engage with members on the gym floor to enhance their overall experience

• Passion for health and fitness
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Exceptional customer service and communication
