About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our home care team. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients with high-care needs in their own homes, ensuring their health, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PEG feeding with precision and care.
  • Manage catheter care including bag changes and monitoring.
  • Administer medications in line with care plans and clinical requirements.
  • Provide ongoing health monitoring, wound care, and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with support workers, allied health professionals, and families.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and a positive home environment for clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in home care or community nursing (NDIS experience highly regarded).
  • Proven skills in PEG feeding, catheter management, and medication administration.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-centred care.
  • Current First Aid & CPR, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
