
Network Marketers and Sales Representatives — Global Wellness Brand

We are a group of companies in New Zealand. One member of our group is a distributor for US-based innovator and manufacturer in the wellness industry with presence in major markets. The product is a device technology delivering premium wellness solutions to a global audience for over 15 years.
We want to expand rapidly through a global network so we are seeking entrepreneurial, results-driven sales professionals to join our mission on a commission-only basis to grow in New Zealand, Australia and other nearby markets like Philippines, Malaysia, Japan and China to name a few.
Just a side note - the wellness industry is valued at US$6 trillion dollars and growing globally as demand for alternative and mainstream ways to keep and stay well and healthy are a priority for people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. It is not a fad, it is as real as it gets hence why you see billionaire private equity and angel investors throwing money at tech-wellness start ups and so on.

Role Overview
- Build first, a team of focused and driven brand partners, and manage a global network of independent distributors, affiliates, and strategic partners as the business grows.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive quarterly revenue growth in multiple regions as we look to take this business globally not just nationally.
- Identify prospective customers, coaches, clinics, spas, wellness centers, network pathways, and direct-to-consumer buyers.
- Mentor and activate your network to maximize product adoption, retention, and repeat purchases to gain maximum long-term benefits.
- Deliver or participate in webinars, and virtual presentations with the team in NZ and Australia.
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor messages for different regions and audiences.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated success in network marketing, direct sales, or multi-level marketing.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales network across multiple regions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, disciplined, and goal oriented. If you are looking for a job in marketing or as a salesperson with a salary this opportunity is not for you.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work virtually.
- Experience selling wellness or related categories / products is a plus.
- English fluency: additional languages a strong advantage – we are looking for representatives in the following countries: New Zealand, Australia, India, China, USA, Philippines, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Spain and Other European Countries.
- Willingness to travel as required (regional in-person events or trainings).
Commission & Compensation
- Competitive uncapped commission structure: earnings scale with performance with individual and volume sales bonuses plus global volume sales (this makes the uncapped nature of commissions unlimited).
- Residual income potential from ongoing customer orders.
- Clear, transparent payout schedule and performance dashboards – the manufacturer pays via their e-wallet system and in USD on a weekly basis. Tax reporting done accurately, AML/CFT compliance done correctly, and corresponding to the contractor nature of the sales commissions paid out weekly or when you need the money. The system works around your schedule.
Training & Support
- Comprehensive onboarding covering product technical aspects, safety, compliance, and messaging.
- Marketing assets, product demos, and webinar templates. Advertising guidelines adhere to relevant laws in New Zealand and Australia.
- Ongoing coaching, regional playbooks, and best-practice playbooks. There is a very talented group of professionals as part of the network globally.
- Access to a global community of high-performing sales partners or distributors.
- The value from the digital system, marketing and back office provided is estimated to be at least US$100K to US$200K in terms of the digital infrastructure available to make the business grow at your own pace.
