About the Role

As Global Marketing & Advocacy Specialist, you will be the architect of how IKKARI shows up online. You will own the content strategy, manage our social presence, and play a key role in shaping and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels. This role blends hands-on creativity with strategic thinking perfect for someone who wants to both make and influence.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to ensure that content is not just beautiful, but also drives measurable impact. From growing community and advocacy to supporting product launches, partnerships, and eCommerce performance.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Lead IKKARI's content calendar and storytelling across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc).
  • Create and edit dynamic, high-quality video and visual content that embodies IKKARI's brand identity.
  • Monitor culture, trends, and competitor activity to keep IKKARI at the leading edge.

Community & Social Media Management

  • Manage daily social media posting, community engagement, and brand voice.
  • Build authentic connections with influencers, ambassadors, and brand advocates.
  • Scale user-generated content and social-first campaigns that fuel advocacy.

Influencer & Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and engage influencers, content creators, and wellness leaders to amplify IKKARI.
  • Support partnerships with aligned brands and collaborators.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of pop-ups, activations, and brand experiences.

Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in planning and delivering event activations, pop-ups, and brand experiences.
  • Capture content and storytelling opportunities from events to amplify digitally.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to optimise content strategies.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the wider team on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and digital marketing funnels.
  • Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, UGC best practices, and creator culture.
  • Skilled in creating and editing social-first content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Organised, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial brand.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and the longevity space.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an instinct for brand tone.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in followers, engagement rate, and community sentiment across platforms.
  • Increased volume and quality of UGC and influencer collaborations.
  • Successful execution of content calendars, product launches and campaigns.
  • Delivery of brand partnerships and activations to KPIs.
  • Measurable impact on brand relevance, visibility, and digital sales conversion.
