Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job ads, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future workforce planning.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and employment legislation.

HR Advisory & Support:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support HR projects including performance management, training, engagement initiatives, and policy reviews.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR systems and process improvements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Fair Work and WHS requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
