Our bakery is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a barista. If you have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding customer service and deliver high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
  • Develop and maintain a productive and positive work environment
  • Help maintain and clean equipment to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop
  • Must have an RSA
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and motivate the team
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
