What you will be doing

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes to the highest standard
  • Ensuring all food is prepared in a safe, hygienic and efficient manner
  • Handle inventory, monitoring stock levels and place kitchen orders as required
  • Adhering to food safety regulations and company policies
  • Rostering, managing and supervising kitchen staff / operations
  • Creating menus, budgeting food and kitchen costs

What we are looking for

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with at least 12 months of proven experience as a Cook or Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience
