Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Warehouse & Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be involved in everything from pick/and packing inventory management to assisting with customer enquiries, and basic admin duties. No two days will be the same – one moment you might be packing orders, the next you could be updating systems or helping a customer with their order status.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and process online and in-store orders.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and accurate stock and inventory systems.
  • Assist with stocktakes, replenishment, and unpacking deliveries/containers.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks using SAP Business One and internal systems.
  • Support the repair team with basic RMA job creation.
  • General warehouse upkeep and occasional retail floor support.
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed by the Warehouse or Repairs team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable lifting stock and working on your feet.
  • Willingness to learn systems like SAP Business One.
  • Able to work well independently and within a small team.
  • Previous warehouse or customer service/admin experience is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
