• Provide effective leadership to AGSA's Philanthropic and Development teams
• Lead strategic management of all aspects of philanthropic and partner engagement
• Contribute to strategic annual planning, management, and reporting requirements

The Head of Philanthropy & Development is responsible for the long-term planning, and highly effective realisation of the Art Gallery of South Australia's philanthropic and development goals. This includes leading a high performing team to activate the Gallery's Foundation, individual giving, philanthropic groups, partnerships and grants and other revenue generating activities that connect AGSA with its communities to effect transformational change.

• The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
• The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
• Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
• This role requires a National Criminal History check.
• Frequent out of normal hours and/or evening work will be required
