Role Highlights- Provide effective leadership to AGSA's Philanthropic and Development teams
- Lead strategic management of all aspects of philanthropic and partner engagement
- Contribute to strategic annual planning, management, and reporting requirements
The Head of Philanthropy & Development is responsible for the long-term planning, and highly effective realisation of the Art Gallery of South Australia's philanthropic and development goals. This includes leading a high performing team to activate the Gallery's Foundation, individual giving, philanthropic groups, partnerships and grants and other revenue generating activities that connect AGSA with its communities to effect transformational change.
Special Conditions- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
- Frequent out of normal hours and/or evening work will be required
