About The Opportunity
We're looking for a Southern Region DC Manager to lead the daily operations of our Ravenhall Distribution Centre and drive performance across Hardings and Total Tools supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead a high-performing team.

You'll be accountable for safety, service levels, productivity, and cost control, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading operational and strategic logistics projects.

With strong leadership skills and stakeholder engagement, you'll help us deliver outstanding results for our customers and business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage all DC operations and supervisors at Ravenhall.
  • Drive safety compliance and injury management, partnering with SH&E (Safety) and RTW teams.
  • Oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels at 96%+.
  • Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
  • Partner with Sales, Merchandise, and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects across the tools and hardware groups.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to optimise performance.

You are likely to be a match if you have

  • Extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System, safety compliance, and supply chain best practice.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L and drive results.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
