about this team
a day in the life
- Work on DC peripheral devices, include the following: RF devices, Voice devices, PCs, Wifi, & printers
- Manager and oversee all hardware issues, repairs, and track maintenance for the devices
- Support assigned projects - meet project timelines, support the delivery of project goals and objectives, and resolve project problems.
- Perform prevenative maintenance on printers, autobaggers, and DC peripherals
- Leads the other Associate Support Analysts on the campus (who are likely on different shifts)
- Acts as primary POC for DC operations team on their campus, and possibly multiple nearby campuses.
- Assists is hardware purchases across all DC’s

- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effiectly with vendors and end users to triage issues
- Pursuing an IT focused degree, preferred
