Land Information Governance Officer

VPS5 Melbourne CBD (may be flexible)

Rate: $86.50 per hour | Contract: 20 Oct 2025 – 1 Jan 2026

Join a high-performing team supporting the governance and commercial management of a large-scale land information services project valued at $2.9 billion. This pivotal role ensures strong contract performance, compliance, and value delivery across one of Victoria's most critical land information assets.

You'll apply your commercial acumen and contract management expertise to drive assurance, manage risk, and influence strategic outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract governance, assurance, and compliance across complex commercial agreements.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement, reporting, and risk management.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, improve performance, and ensure value-for-money outcomes.

About You

You're an analytical and adaptable professional with experience in contract management, procurement, and governance within a large-scale or government environment. You thrive on complexity, build trusted relationships, and confidently navigate commercial and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Degree in Law, Commerce, or Project Management (desirable)
  • 3+ years' experience in contract and supplier management
  • Strong understanding of commercial governance and risk frameworks
