Rexco People, on behalf of the SA Government, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join their team in Port Augusta. This hands-on role involves maintaining equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they remain safe, operational, and well serviced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across equipment, tools, and facilities.
- Undertake handyman duties such as basic carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
- Assist with servicing, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical repairs.
- Carry out routine inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in maintenance, handyman, or trade-related work.
- Mechanical knowledge and practical repair skills desirable.
- Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Current National Police Clearance.
