**Join Our Team as a Maintenance Officer**

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? YNLHN is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team's casual pool. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for maintaining our grounds and gardens, managing waste, and providing essential support to our Maintenance Department. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a safe and efficient environment, contributing to the well-being of the people in our region. Your efforts in counter disaster activities and participation in training programs will also help prepare our health service for emergencies.

- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Experience in maintenance and repair, with a keen understanding of handling sensitive information discreetly.

**Essential Criteria**

To be considered for this position, you will need:

- Proven experience in providing front-line customer service and comprehensive administrative support.
- Strong computer skills to effectively manage record-keeping and maintenance schedules.
- Demonstrated ability in maintenance activities across various settings, including buildings and grounds.
- Experience in using a range of hand and power tools, alongside problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities.

Previous experience in large commercial maintenance environments (e.g. hospitals, factories, caravan parks, hotels, airports) is desirable.
