Orchard Hills.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, driving improvements, and acting as a back-up Supervisor when needed.

The role is a permanent afternoon shift position working
2pm - 10pm

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Support site quality and food safety performance, working closely with operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive audit readiness, continuous improvement, and GMP best practices.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and HACCP reviews.
  • Lead investigations into consumer complaints, non-conforming materials, and production issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality and food safety systems.
  • Contribute to root cause investigations and data-driven problem solving

What you'll bring to the role?

  • A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Science or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in food safety or quality assurance.
  • Practical knowledge of HACCP principles and internal auditing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
