• Employment type: Full-time, permanent (temp-to-perm considered)
• Start date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:15 am - 2:25 pm (overtime available)
• Location: Wollongong, NSW

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manual lathes and grinding machines to finish polyurethane parts
• Mix, pour, and demould polyurethane blends according to specifications.
• Trim, sand, and carry out quality inspections to ensure tolerance and finish standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping to keep the workshop safe and efficient
• Read job tickets and technical drawings, logging production data accurately
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and resolve any process issues

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with polyurethane, plastics, or foam products
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings and follow detailed work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Forklift licence (advantageous)
• Reliable, safety-focused mindset with a clean work history
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
