The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Engine Trade Assistant to join our busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in the automotive industry, supporting our skilled machinists and engine builders with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespersons with engine repairs and maintenance
  • Perform general workshop duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Handle and organise parts, tools, and equipment

  • A strong work ethic and a passion for working on engines
  • Reliable, punctual and a team player
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
