We're looking for an experienced leader to join our CHSP Assessment team in a full-time permanent role, based in Bella Vista, with hybrid working arrangements. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a large, dynamic team and play a key role in shaping how we support older Australians to live independently.

What we're looking for
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience in a community, call centre, or client-focused environment
- Understand of Aged care funding models (e.g. CHSP) would be advantageous
- Experience managing remote teams and driving performance
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and proactively
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus)
The role
You'll be leading a large team of CHSP assessment consultants, providing day-to-day support, coaching, and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll also be actively involved in running and contributing to projects that improve team operations and client outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the team through regular one-on-ones and team meetings
- Overseeing performance across key metrics like assessments, client satisfaction, and responsiveness
- Conducting call audits and reviewing assessment data to ensure compliance and quality
- Supporting complex client needs and managing escalated referrals
- Ensuring accurate and timely updates to client records in Salesforce
- Escalating clinical situations appropriately and promptly
A key focus of this role is the review and enhancement of policies and procedures to ensure they remain current, relevant, and aligned with best practice. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
