About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Lead to support the delivery of low and medium density residential construction projects within new developments in NSW. The Project Lead plays a key role in leading and coordinating, maintaining quality communication, and supporting successful delivery.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of project plans, scopes, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company standards and stakeholder needs.
  • Assess and prepare accurate project estimates and quotations for tender submissions.
  • Clearly communicate project scope, updates, and requirements to internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review architectural, engineering and construction plans for accuracy and alignment with project objectives and flag any discrepancies or required changes.
  • Monitor project milestones and dependencies, follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing on schedule, and escalate delays where needed.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction, with a background in overseeing projects and/or pre-construction phase of residential builds
  • Minimum in Cert IV in Construction or Project Management
  • High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • In-depth understanding of residential building processes and compliance requirements
