Assist to assemble a variety of chaat dishes which will be prepared by Chef including:

  • Golgappa/Pani Puri
  • Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Papdi Chaat
  • Aloo Tikki Chaat, Samosa Chaat
  • Dahi Bhalla, Raj Kachori
  • Maintain mise en place for all chaat ingredients (chutneys, toppings, spice blends, etc.)
  • Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients through proper storage and rotation
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep station
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Prior experience in Indian street food or fast-paced kitchen preferred

  • Familiarity with North Indian flavors, spices, and chaat techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic understanding of food safety and allergen protocols
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $41,476.34 – $64,303.47 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
