We are looking for a savvy **Restaurant & Bar Supervisor** to join our incredible restaurant. The restaurant space is like no other, with a fantastic team to supervise. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our Foreign Return brand. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant in the absence of Restaurant Manager. You will also have opportunity to own bar space within the restaurant.

This a **Full-Time** role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring that the restaurant and bar run smoothly, and guests have an exceptional experience. Here are some key skills and qualifications that would be essential for this role:
**Leadership**: You should have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide your team to achieve their goals. You should lead by example, set high standards, and be proactive in resolving any issues that may arise.

**Communication**:You should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. You will need to communicate effectively with your team, guests, and other departments to ensure everyone is on the same page.

**Customer service**: You should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests leave with a positive impression of the restaurant and the Ovolo brand.

**Organizational skills**: You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be able to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

**Attention to detail**: You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure that everything from the food and beverage presentation to the restaurant's overall cleanliness is up to the highest standards.

**Experience: Y**ou should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar.

**Flexibility**: You should be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the needs of the business.

**About you**

Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in the restaurant industry

A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards

Innovative thinking and the ability to challenge established norms and introduce new ideas

Excellent leadership skills that motivate and inspire team members

The ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and coordinate responsibilities efficiently

**Salary**: $51,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
