About the Role
Join us at GSK as a First Line Sales Manager and take the lead in driving success with one of our top-performing primary care sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and inspiring individual looking to make an impact.
Based in South Australia, you will be leading and motivating a team of primary care Sales Representatives across South Australia and Tasmania.
As a First Line Sales Manager with GSK, you will:
- Motivate and empower your team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and nurture the potential of your team members, ensuring their growth and success
- Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to drive individual and team performance
- Navigate and manage transitions effectively, maintaining focus and engagement during evolving business needs
- Use data-driven insights and strategic thinking to uncover key opportunities for growth
- Prioritise effectively and allocate resources to maximise impact and efficiency
- Drive results with speed and precision, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
Why you?
To be successful as a First Line Sales Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in leading similar field sales teams would be preferred
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry
- Excellent business acumen and effective coaching skills with a passion for developing people
- Key understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team execution
- Excellent business partnering influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
