About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our digital printing and wide format print operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day production workflow, ensure deadlines are met, maintain the highest quality standards, and manage a skilled team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of digital and wide format print production, from file preparation to finished product.
  • Manage the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with suppliers/technicians for servicing.
  • Implement and monitor quality control standards across all print output.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to deliver innovative print solutions.
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Proven experience in digital printing and wide format print production management.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes, substrates, finishing, and colour management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
