You will
  • Support the delivery of the annual remuneration and performance review process including data preparation, data validation, maintaining review trackers, communication coordination.
  • Help maintain the job evaluation framework as part of BAU.
  • Support internal pay mapping exercises to monitor structure integrity, compression risks or grade inconsistencies across the whole workforce.
  • Administer the incentive schemes, including eligibility tracking, data preparation for calculation, coordination of approvals.
  • Support the remuneration & rewards project, contributing to pay positioning and salary banding and data preparation.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports and/or dashboards on pay equity, STI distribution and employee reward metrics to support decision-making.
  • Asist with day-to-day administration of our HR systems (e.g. Dayforce, Chris21), ensuring data integrity.
  • Work closely with the Systems & Compliance team to identify and resolve data or configuration issues affecting remuneration processes.
What you'll bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in HR, remuneration, rewards or similar field.
  • A strong interest in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and how it links to fair pay.
  • A solid understanding of remuneration/bonus review process, job evaluation and pay frameworks.
  • Strong reporting skills with advanced MS Excel capabilities, and familiarity with BI tools (or as keen interest to learn).
  • Great communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Industry experience in retirement living, aged care, health care or real estate is a plus.
