Texco is a specialist Industrial design and construct partner. Our business has been built, and is continuously improving, to deliver industry-leading facilities for Australia's most prominent industrial REIT's, developers, and owner occupiers.
In a market driven by increasingly complex operational tenancy demands we are obsessive about offering a process that fully compliments the industrial development life-cycle.
This drive results in a workplace and project environment that is continuously improving to best meet the needs of our clients, their tenants, our subcontractors, our consultants, and our team.
Having delivered over 1,500,000 million square meters of industrial property, the majority for repeat clients, we have proven to be a reliable, highly competent, and trusted delivery partner.
We are a proud contributor to Australia's industrial property landscape. It is a market that rewards hard work, relationships, high performance, innovative thinking, and collaborative workplace and project environments. As such our decision-making is underpinned by values that reflect this.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for ESD-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders providing guidance and support as needed to ensure alignment with our sustainability objectives;
- Stay abreast of relevant environmental regulations and standards, ensuring that our projects adhere to all applicable requirements and seek opportunities for exceeding compliance where feasible;
- Monitor the status of all Greenstar projects and provide guidance and assistance to project teams as needed.
About you
- Industry specific qualifications (undergraduate or postgraduate);
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role working within the commercial and/or industrial sector;
- A robust understanding of sustainable design principles, Greenstar building certifications, energy-efficient technologies, and environmental regulation;
- a comprehensive grasp of social responsibility, including knowledge of social procurement principles and inclusive practices within the supply chain; and
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
