Job Description

As a Professional Support Assistant, you will work closely with and support a team of Allied Health professionals. This is a full-time role, remote-friendly role, with a strong preference for candidates based in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting with data entry and producing data reports
  • Assisting with invoicing processes
  • Assisting with reception duties such as answering phones, processing mail and ordering supplies
  • Coordinating event organisation and office catering
  • Providing all administration support to the team as required
Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role

You will be an experienced Administrator who is a team player, along with;

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills – ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of urgency and efficiency
