A snapshot of your role….

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applications, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Coordinate employee development and engagement initiatives, such as organising training programs, internal events, meetings, and activities that enhance team connection and culture

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, prepare internal reports and presentations, and manage document filing systems across OneDrive and SharePoint

  • Help drive the planning and coordination of HR projects or special initiatives and participate in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Help the executive assistant team manage various aspects of office administration, including overseeing stationary supplies, orders and catering coordination, and providing basic administrative support as required
