Job Description
Join the team powering quantum innovation  At Diraq, we're enabling millions of qubits on a single chip using silicon CMOS—bringing quantum computing out of the lab and into the real world. Our commercial and operational teams are the heartbeat of this mission, and we're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to help us grow with purpose, creativity, and care.

This is a startup-friendly, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role—perfect for someone early in their career who's excited to dive into recruitment, shape the candidate and employee experience, and get hands-on across a wide range of P&C initiatives. You'll be highly visible, have real ownership, and help build the foundations of our culture as we scale.

Job Requirements
About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (tech or startup experience a bonus)
  • Organised, proactive, and a natural communicator
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and love wearing multiple hats
  • Passionate about people, process, and making things better
  • Curious about quantum computing (no physics degree required—we'll teach you the cool stuff)

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do

  • Own recruitment coordination—from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft great job ads and smooth hiring processes
  • Keep our ATS/HRIS humming and our data clean
  • Champion culture initiatives helping bring team rituals and engagement ideas to life
  • Support people ops tasks like tracking L&D plans, creating templates, and improving workflows
  • Jump into projects that make our people experience better, smarter, and more fun
