Partner / Director / Principal

- Take a higher percentage of profits than the firm – Inverted partnership model, dominant across the Nationals UK, now available with repute in Australia
- The firm is based around interconnection of Partners through referral channels nationally but without heavy numerical review metrics
- Contemporary approach expanding rapidly, will suit Partners seeking investment in themselves financially without losing the National accredited brand
The Role:
A national firm built around a progressive, partner led model; fee ownership, client control, referral allocation fees by percentage but with Partner returns of profit within the highest percentile in Australia.
The retention rate for Partners is unmatched, sitting at over 97% in the last ten years because of this design. What naturally occurs due to the level of loyal clients per Partner is that the cycle of referrals has gained momentum through those 'rusted on' clients per partner. It has created a cycle of referral and integration in a firm that has been formalised into four partner interaction forums per year purely dedicated to physically bringing the partners together to look at how they do more together.
Your Opportunity:
With an individual first structure, the firm is built to recognise and reward those who bring strategic thinking, deep client relationships, and a desire to shape their own direction. It delivers a market leading cyber-security platform with the full range of other modern efficiencies including a high performing corporate and marketing group who has been highly effective in supporting individual and groups of partners around government and private tenders alike.
Partners retain the majority share of revenue from their own matters, with a strong return also applied to supervised or referred work. This commercial split sits significantly above what is typically offered under lockstep or points-based systems, providing clear financial alignment between effort, client value, and return.
- Autonomy without complexity
– build your own client strategy under a respected national brand. - Access to referrals, panels, and profile
, with support from leadership, marketing, and admin. - A
true alternative to lockstep and fixed draw
, where return aligns with contribution. - A collaborative, high-calibre group of peers,
operating without internal roadblocks
.
We welcome further conversation in strict confidence, please feel free to get in contact.
