Overview

As the Principal Advisor you will work with limited supervision as part of the Psychological Health Unit in the Specialist and Regulatory Services (SRS) directorate to design, develop and implement initiatives, programs and projects related to the organisation's strategy to support thriving workplaces across Queensland.

The role entails providing professional and technical advice to OIR stakeholders, Government departments, the private sector, industry associations, unions and the general public. The role also participates in design, development, implementation and the evaluation of high-quality programs and services that improve workplace mental health outcomes for Queensland workplaces.
