V-ZUG is a boutique manufacturer of Swiss made premium kitchen and laundry lifestyle solutions. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for our Brisbane based Gourmet Academy team. Our Gourmet Academy team support our business development and marketing activities hosting B2B partners and clients at a range of events and demonstrations. We work from the showroom of our retail sales partner and also in various locations related to our other clients and partners across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Our demonstrators share their passion for this range of luxury kitchen and laundry products, providing education and inspiration. Candidates need exceptional communication and "people" skills and a willingness to be flexible and think on their feet. A passion for food and cooking is highly beneficial. This is a casual role with limited "shifts" each week (approx 1-3 shifts p/w, or 5-15 hours p/w) depending on events and demonstration program needs.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with events and demonstrations for partners and clients at various display suites, customer residences and shared event spaces.
  • Providing inspiration, support and education to partners and customers through our retail and commercial channels as needed.
  • Understanding and communicating our brand and the features and benefits of our range.
  • Supporting our Business Development team to meet agreed business objectives.
  • Demonstrating a range of specific recipes to highlight the unique selling points of our cooking range.
  • Supporting our retail partner with activations in showrooms across Brisbane as well as providing training and support for sales consultants and customers.

The Successful Candidate

Key requirements:

  • An ability to communicate confidently and clearly with partners, clients and customers.
  • Your own vehicle and a willingness to travel to various locations around Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
  • An ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
  • An ability to be flexible, adaptable and solve problems.
  • A customer first approach supported by excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to showcase our brand with passion and enthusiasm.
  • A willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge and continue to engage in training (both independent and structured)
  • Flexibility with time and rostering for both weekdays and evenings - must be available to support with events during evenings. Weekend work may be required from time to time.
