. Eden Academy Park Ridge is a child-safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we provide a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. Our centre supports up to 108 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
Design engaging programs and foster meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
Support school readiness and help children grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported
Build strong connections with families and the local community
Inspire a lifelong love of learning and lay the foundation for future success
Qualifications
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Current Working with Children Check
Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Full Australian working rights
Professional, polished presence and warm approach
Natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
Demonstrated ability to deliver Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
